EXAMPLE – Befriending People With Disabilities

A small Birmingham based Social Enterprise has been handed over to a new manager after a period of decline.  I need help with wading through and streamlining the existing lists and spreadsheets that I have been left, and they need to be set-up so that I can easily use them in future.  I am currently too busy meeting people and trying to get it reestablished, and would appreciate help from someone with an organisational mind.  Would be no more than 4-8 hours work for someone with the right skills (which I am not!).

EXAMPLE – Brighton Community Garden

Brighton Community Garden is currently threatened by a proposed planning application, and is organising to oppose the planning application and to develop a sustainable income for the future.  Help is needed with the following tasks:

• Searching Council minutes on-line for recent similar applications
• Setting up a basic blog or similar
• Collating various Excel files to produce an up-to-date emailing list
• Compiling a list of other community gardens that have faced a similar situation
